Procter & Gamble, a corporation focused on consumer products, acquired Duracell through a series of corporate mergers and acquisitions (P&G). P&G came to an agreement in November 2014 to transfer shares of the company to the global conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway. As per the agreement, Berkshire Hathaway transferred their P&G shares for the Duracell company.
